This course is designed to help workers understand the health and safety implications of fatigue. It is designed to empower them to understand the physiological components and impacts of fatigue, the symptoms of fatigue, applicable legislation, workplace responsibilities, and most importantly team and individual countermeasures that can be used to mitigate the impacts of fatigue in the workplace and reduce fatigue-related incidents. Workers completing this course receive a certificate noting they have received training in fatigue management.
