A step by step approach from notification to report writing is used to guide new and experienced investigators from explaining "What Happened" to explaining "Why it Happened". A case study, safety vignettes, and hands-on exercises will help you confidently interact with stakeholders and authorities, articulate data-driven explanations, and propose appropriate corrective actions. Take home CIIP investigation form templates are provided.
